Initially trained as a chef, Rupert started out at Forte Plc working in hospitality and hotel management. He eventually joined the Virgin Management before working for the The Barfly grassroots music venues and Mama Group for more than five years as brand and sponsorship director. His passion for music and creative marketing led him to Hard Rock Café international as European Marketing Director before starting his first venture, apparel brand APN. He then took what he learnt, nurturing his true passions, developing his values, tied them together and in 2016 launched jackpot peanut butter.
